Return / Cancellation policy

You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped by calling the customer service number or emailing us at info@shop.taty.ru.

1. How to return an item purchased at shop.taty.ru?

You can return or exchange any products within 14 days from the date of the purchase. If you purchased the merchandise for cash and picked it up at our location, you will have to return and get a refund at the physical location. Please bring your order number or any form of identification with you. Depending on your preference, we will either return the money in cash or exchange the product for you.

If you paid for your order with a credit card and had it shipped to your location, it is necessary to ship it back to the closest office within 14 days from the date of delivery:

The order should be shipped in the original packaging. Please include the print out of the receipt in your shipment. Your card will be credited the purchase amount within 2 business days of the receipt of returned goods.

Please note, we reserve the right to not refund the money, should the returned products be damaged or of poor condition.
